Mactan Economic Zone 2 (MEZ2) is a 63-hectare, PEZA-registered special economic zone located in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This mixed-use development is operated through a partnership with the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), positioning it as a strategic hub for business and investment within the region.
Its power supply is supported by Mactan EnerZone, delivering electricity through a 58 MVA transformation capacity exclusively for MEZ2, while its wastewater treatment facility can process up to 1,500 cubic meters of domestic wastewater daily. The estate is also fully equipped with essential services, including an emergency response team, on-site security personnel, and reliable telecommunications and internet connectivity. Complementing these is a 24/7 transport terminal with public utility vehicles serving multiple routes across the island, ensuring accessibility and convenience for employees and businesses alike.
